The Taos market is picking up! I have seen a few big price reductions, but more often, I see sellers being more flexible in negotiations. They are also pricing their properties at the actual value, avoiding 'the dance' of price negotiation in a purchase agreement. Some are getting pre-listing appraisals to be sure of an accurate price. I see buyers being much more particular, too, since there is so much inventory for them to choose from.
