Land sold: 2007 - 56 lots; 2008 - 42 lots

Average sale price: 2007 - $204,113; 2008 - $107,994

Homes sold: 2007 - 96; 2008 - 70

Average sale price: 2007 - $366,760; 2008 - $380,148
